Membership

Application for Membership: To become a member, you must apply in writing, pay dues for the category of membership for which you are eligible, and be accepted for membership in that category by the Board of Directors. Applicants who are not eligible for a category may be rejected or assigned to a different category. Categories of membership are:

Agriculture Member: You own a farm, work in a farm company, or receive income from actual agricultural operations. You can join Farm Bureau as an Agriculture Member. The annual dues are $400.  (Once you join, you can enroll your employees as Member-Sponsored Members at the reduced rate of $150 a year.)  Use the application form (PDF, 17k).

Business Member: You own, operate or work in a business that supplies or supports agriculture or you want increased visibility with the farm community. This is an optional category with dues of $400 a year.  Use the application form (PDF, 17k).

Member-Sponsored Member: You work for a farm company that is an Agriculture Member of Farm Bureau and that sponsors your membership. The annual dues are $150.

Associate Member: You want to receive Farm Bureau member benefits and you do not work for a farm or ranch or receive income from actual agricultural operations.  The annual dues are $100.  Use the application form (PDF, 17k).
