Farm Bureau and Central Coast Young Farmers and Ranchers scholarships will ask scholarship applicants to explain their insights into "How do current land prices, the rising cost of inputs (i.e. labor and materials), and government regulation affect the future of farming in California?" California Women for Agriculture's Salinas Valley
Chapter offers two scholarship programs for women in Farm Bureau and Central Coast Young Farmers and Ranchers have combined their scholarship programs and offer a single application form. All you have to do is complete the application, mark which scholarships you are applying for, provide the attachments specified in the application, and submit the completed package. You can apply for both Farm Bureau and YF&R scholarships. Farm Bureau offers a $750 scholarship to students studying agriculture at the college level.
